Launch a 1-year full-time USDOL Nationally Registered
Digital Marketing Apprenticeship – get training and salary subsidized.
The Loving Marketers operates a U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Registered Apprenticeship Program for the Digital Marketer occupation (O*NET 13-1161.01).
This 1-year, 2,000-hour program combines 144 hours of specialized Related Instruction with 1,856 hours of structured On-the-Job Learning.
Eligible employers access state and federal funding—including Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and On-The-Job Training (OTJ) subsidies—to offset up to 50% of apprentice state minimum wages.
Career seekers receive tuition-covered instruction through Ohio Workforce Inventory of Education and Training (WIET) approved through ITA and other vouchers from local workforce agencies while earning a progressive wage.
Cost Offsets via Workforce Development Grants: Employers can utilize WIOA Title I adult and dislocated worker funding, incumbent worker training (IWT), or state-specific workforce incentives (such as Ohio’s TechCred) to cover 100% of the customizable training and 50% off the first 1/2 of their state minimum wage.
Turnkey Compliance & Administration: The Loving Marketers acts as the registered program sponsor, training apprentices, managing all reporting obligations, tracking competencies and structuring wage progression schedules.
Dedicated Daily Execution: Apprentices deliver full-time support across key nonprofit and business growth channels:
Google Ad Grant campaign setup, maintenance, and compliance management for nonprofits.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI search engines.
Social media content production, lifecycle email marketing, and automated workflow administration.
Website design updates and Google Analytics (GA4) reporting.
1. Google Ads Grant Mastery – This track trains marketers to fully deploy and scale the $10,000 monthly search ad allocation provided to eligible nonprofits. Learners master strict compliance rules, including the 5% click-through rate mandate, meaningful conversion tracking, and keyword quality thresholds to maximize this grant for their 501c3 nonprofit.
2. AEO/GEO Strategy – This curriculum focuses on optimizing digital assets so brands get cited and recommended directly inside generative engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Students learn structured data modeling, entity establishment, and semantic content to capture AI-driven search traffic.
3. AI Digital Marketing – This program teaches practitioners how to use generative AI tools to build and automate cross-channel digital marketing campaigns. Trainees develop practical skills in social media content creation, prompt engineering, automated lifecycle email sequences and landing page production.
100% Funded Technical Instruction: Candidates qualifying under WIOA voucher programs, such as OhioMeansJobs, or your local county Workforce Development Boards and other state workforce agencies receive 100% tuition-covered placement in our approved Related Technical Instruction courses.
Earn While You Learn: Every apprentice enters on an agreed wage ladder with guaranteed wage increases tied directly to completed skill milestones and hours.
National Credential: Upon successful completion of 2,000 combined hours, graduates receive a nationally recognized Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship from the U.S. Department of Labor.
A Registered Apprenticeship is a federally validated career training model combining paid on-the-job training with formal classroom instruction under Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 29. The Loving Marketers provides the registered framework for the Digital Marketer occupation (O*NET 13-1161.01).
Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (Public Law 113-128), state workforce boards allocate On-the-Job Training (OJT) funds to reimburse qualifying employers between 50% and 75% of an apprentice's first 6 months' wages. Approved training courses listed on state Eligible Training Provider Lists (ETPL/WIET) are eligible for direct tuition payment via Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) and other subsidies.
